For some years exploring the waters of User Experience Design, I have

become more intentional about bias's, human factor, features prioritization

metrics, success metrics, communication and collaboration and as well, a

proper hand offs to the Software Development Team to transform my

prototypes to functional product solutions.

Work Ethics -

Its ethical that I begin my UX process from first understanding the vision and goal my stakeholder seeks to accomplish, of course which is my responsibility to make happen, a top most priority. I believe there is no business or product without a stakeholder, and a stakeholder just like a user seeks to accomplaish or fulfil a goal.

Secondly, I understanding the problem, which I prefer having an interview session with my intended targeted audience. After identifying the challenges, I define the scope of problem by selecting one with more impact to its audiences. By so doing I prepare my roadmap towards the Minimal Viable Product, which I make possible by employing features prioritization.
